To drive this growth, we’re hiring a dynamic Business Development Lead who can bring energy, strategy, and execution to the table.
About the Role
As Business Development Lead, you will be at the forefront of our commercial expansion. You will be responsible for identifying strategic opportunities, closing B2B deals, onboarding merchants and partners, and launching go-to-market campaigns across our platforms. This is a hybrid strategic-execution role for a natural hustler and negotiator who thrives in building ecosystems and revenue pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute B2B sales and partnership strategies across AgoPay, AgoGo, AgoDrop, and Arkquire.
Identify, pitch, and close deals with merchants, logistics providers, fintech clients, and venture partners.
Source and manage inbound leads, attend networking events, and represent us at industry gatherings.
Lead onboarding processes for new clients, partners, and vendors.
Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and track activities using CRM tools.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams on sales enablement and market-entry initiatives.
Gather market intelligence, competitor insights, and client feedback to shape offerings.
Mentor and guide a growing field sales team to meet acquisition and growth KPIs.
Requirements
Minimum of 4+ years’ experience in business development, partnerships, or commercial growth roles.
Strong B2B sales background, preferably in fintech, ecommerce, logistic tech, or SaaS.
Proven experience closing high-impact deals and managing commercial pipelines.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
